The whole process at Sewell Chevrolet was very professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions and went above my expectations. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend them.
They do an Ok job, but i have been in sevetal times for elecyrical issues. When they initially repaired, the didnt put any screws in to hold my tail lights. I later found 2 in the bed. I just took it in for the same issue and specifically told them to add 2 more screw to keep light from vibrating and moving around since it was there fault initially. They did not add the screws. So my tail lights vibrate.
Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The service department assessed my problem and let me know about how long it would take them to fix it. While my truck was in the shop they kept me in the loop on the progress.
They are always attentive to my needs and get the service done efficiently and timely.

Our check engine light kept coming on, I knew we had a recall so set it up to get checked out. Dan asked Danny if he could get it out within 4 hrs so we could leave town due to family emergency. He had it ready n fixed within 2 hours.

Shout out to Sewell Chevrolet’s service department. They were so helpful and friendly. I ordered a front license plate holder. When it came in, the service technician offered to install it on my car. When I went to pay him for his service, he told me there was no charge. This is definitely where I will buy my next car!

Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the listed miles online were not the same when I arrived to inspect the car and it wasn't like an extra 100 miles. There about 1,100 extra miles on the car from what was listed online. I understand dealers may use cars or allow employees to have a take home ride, but this is a significant amount miles to not have disclosed before my arrival. and to not adjust price further. Still I know I got great deal on a great car and the team at Sewell here were easy to work with minus this one little bit. Very happy customer overall and ask for Diego.

Purchased a 2025 Chevy Silverado RST last weekend. My salesman was Diego Arzate. He was great! Diego was very helpful of helping me set up my Chevrolet App. He was very mindful of showing me all the features!

I had my 2023 Camaro ZL1 serviced at Sewell Chevrolet in Andrews, TX. The service personnel were very helpful and cordial. This was a recall service to install the parking sensor chip that was not available at the time the car was built. This service was done very quickly and I was out in about an hour. Very pleased with their service.

There was some confusion at first about us paying for the warranty work, but that was quickly worked out. I was given an equivalent loaner vehicle, and the few issues our vehicle had were fixed under the 12K mile warranty.

Not only did they repair the issue, they also completed an oil and filter change along with a cabin filter change and still had my vehicle completed in the same day. This is some of the best service I have received in West Texas. I can't say enough good things about this service department.

Decent considering it was distant purchase sight unseen from Florida. Staff was patient with the process which must have been a bit of challenge given Florida's extra laws relative to Texas and the finance switch we made. Vehicle is still in transit for delivery and Staff has remained in touch sending photos and paperwork accordingly. Much appreciated.

So far the problem is fixed, had point of contact calling us about the issue, took longer than expected. A big issue is that this Yukon had to be driving to Andrews, TX to be service which is fine BUT when we picked it up when done in Odessa,TX the Yukon had gas light ON when we picked it up & it had plenty of fuel when Sewell picked it up from our house..!!! Other than that it was convenient that Sewell offered a loaner SUV. Thanks

I appreciate him speaking to me with confidence that I would understand because as a woman a lot of times when you take your car in, they treat you like you don't know what they are talking about.
